Country-shoots

Yesterday she went to Darling Downs Zoo with her school trip. There were 25 people, including students and teachers by a Stonestreet bus. It was a great trip! She loved the stunning sceneries. Of course, she had some photos taken, sadly, she only had her phone camera with her. What to do? Anyhow, below are some photos of the sceneries that she took. They aren't really good because she took them on a moving vehicle. Enjoy!

Mama-Bo & Baby-Bo

One of her friend, Nanny, requested her something.

This is the tutorial's link, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiz85sUysFo.
You should try it!  :))

Baby-Bo was her first try and Mama-Bo was her second. Plus, she took more than 15mins! She failed it!
She will get it right one day, hopefully. :p

So, the baby was born just before the mama

Lillo and Friends

Handcrafting is her new hobby now. She got the idea of doing it from her amazingly creative friend Aunty ECC. Aunty ECC often gives her gorgeous flower clips. She loves every single clips that Aunty ECC gave her and always wears them with her hijab; depends on what colour her hijab is. Below are three of the clips that Aunty ECC gave her.

Gorgeous Babies!
So, because she loves these stuff and she has various colours of dresses, she wants to have different colours of flowers too, so she can match the flowers with her dresses. It might have been a shame if she kept asking Aunty ECC to keep making clips for her. So, she decided to make them by herself. She learnt a lot from the Youtube families.
She has made 9 flower clips now. So, below are her hand-made clips. They were all born at different times, off course and they're not as neat as they should be yet.

Yup, the weird labels are their names.

Lillo is the latest.

The Amazing Sky

Today she decided to go outside to get some fresh air. So she sat on her garden chair and started dreaming (as usual). The sky was unusual today. So, she started to think about it. "Aurora!," she remembered that word from a blog she read last time and quickly ditched her dreaming and ran inside to get her beloved camera. She was so amazed with the sky. She felt like crying and wanted to tell everyone about it. But she didn't cry, of course. Did you see it? Don't worry if you missed it. She has got a few pictures of the sky here.  It was amazingly gorgeous! Yes, she edited the pictures a bit to give them a better contrast.

Lion Park, Picnic Point

This evening was memorable for her. She went for a BBQ picnic at Lion Park, Picnic Point, Toowoomba with her family and other Malaysian families. They had so much fun. For her, it is always fun being around with people she loves, especially her friends because they rarely meet each other now. So, she was kinda missing them a bit. They are all busy students now. Anyways, I wasn't meant to tell about her feelings that much! :P

So, Picnic Point is one of their favorite place to gather. Many things can be done there. As you will see, there is a barbecue burner provided. It did not work well this evening. She had to wait for the chicken to cook for about 1 1/2 hours. I know right? The heat was really slow and her stomach was grumbling! There is a unique playground, which often distracts the kiddies once the fathers park their cars. They would never think about the beautiful, delicious BBQ when there is a playground. Cute thing for kiddies. :)

Anyways, her favorite is the big yellow octopus, very bright and adorable! She loves the adventurous of this place. There is also an amazing waterfall up on the hill. She loves the sound of it. She wanted to go there, so she started walking. She stopped halfway. There was a dog, it was really huge! -o.O-
Yes, she is scared of dogs because she had been chased by two dogs once. Phobia. That's the word. The dog had his owner with him/her but that guy just let the dog free. She was still vulnerable. So, she pretended not to continue her walk to the waterfall. She really did. She wasn't pretending, actually. Haha, because she didn't go there at all.

Anyways, what a relaxing day for her. But now, she has to get on her three assignments, which are due this Monday. Yes. All of them. Well, not really. Only one is, the other two are only drafts, but FULL draft! How is that? -u_u-

Black-pepper Chicken Soup

Cooking.
That is my weekly routine. I have to cook once a week, which I usually do on the weekends because I cannot cope up with cooking and school at the same time. As I am still very young and still shaping myself to be a good lady, I always seek my grandmother's help. My nanny is my inspiration. I love my nanny's cooking so much. So, everytime before I cook, I will call nanny to ask recipes from her.

Today I cooked Black-pepper Chicken Soup. I sent an image of the soup to my family-chat room. Generally, they said that I should have minced the chicken smaller for soup because that would be nicer. The chicken was like a "turkey-chicken," they said! Haha, harsh! But they gave me some good advice. I am still young anyways, so, I am supposed to learn from my mistakes and experience.

Anyways, the soup was a bit tawar, not salty enough.
I gave some to my friends, so I hoped that they would add more salts in it. I am sorry.

To cook this menu, I used ingredients as listed below:
  1. Coriander- ketumbar
  2. Fennel seeds- jintan manis
  3. Cumin- jintan putih
  4. Black-pepper
  5. Salt
  6. Garlic
  7. Onions
  8. Ginger
  9. Tamarind
  10. Water
  11. Potatoes
  12. Chicken wings
